For Korean residents, identity document is required to identify yourself and registration for withholding tax and income tax withholding generated by the use of Toonation service.
How to upload my verification documents?
The documents must be clear, legible and match exactly the personal details.
Please scan/take a photo of your government issued photo ID and upload it for donation settlement request.

Donation settlement registration will be unavailable if you cover national identification number, photo and date of issue.
Which documents do I need to provide for the identity verification?
You must present one form of identification from the following list below to register donation settlement:
• Resident Registration Card
• Driver license
• Passport (issued by Korea)
• Youth Card
• Certificate of application for issuance of resident registration card
• Certificate of application for issuance of Youth Card
• Welfare for Disabled Card (No Credit/Debit card)
• Alien Registration Card (Only for foreigners residing in Korea)
• Overseas Korean Resident Card (Only for foreigners residing in Korea)
The valid identity document must include your name and 13 digit national identification number. The identification will not be accepted if the required information is not visible or included.
The following items are not acceptable forms of identification
• Application for Resident Registration Card
• Application for Youth Card
• Welfare Card with Credit/Check
• Student Card (with or without national identification number)
• Resident Register
• Certificate of Family Relation
