1. Change the video displayed during media share test on Streamer Page
2. Promotion cash event for celebrating the streamer donation settlement fee reduction has completed.
3. Reduction fees for donation settlement of some payment methods, accordingly the Terms and Conditions are changed.

4. Server optimized
After maintenance, there will be a whole service stand by for about 120 minutes, one will not be able to use the service within this time frame and there can also be a flickering issue.
