Good day, this is Toonation.
We’d like to inform you about the changes to the donation payout registration system due to the change in the donation payout method for overseas creators.
The donation payout contract method, which is used to register Toonation donation payout contract with a bank statement issued in the relevant country, will be reorganized so that it becomes a donation payout contract registration and donation payout application (deposit processing) through Payoneer (payout bank account).
For creators residing abroad who have already completed the registration for donation payout, please check the details below, and proceed with the registration of the donation payout contract again after the reorganization.

After 10 am on Friday, September 30, 2022

[Notice!] Re-registration of overseas creator donation payout contract is required
The donation payout contract information of creators residing abroad who have previously registered for donation payout will be canceled at the time of reorganizing of the donation payout registration system. In the reorganized donation payout system, please be sure to proceed with the donation payout registration once again.
Please note that if the donation payout contract is not re-registered, the donation payout deposit processing will be suspended.
※ Even if the existing donation payout contract is terminated, the Toonation service can be used normally. ※ If the automatic donation payout request is set to ON, it is initialized and you need to set it again.
