How to donate Karaoke
It’s a way for the donator to support a streamer through a karaoke donation, and the streamers who have received the karaoke donations can accept/reject it.
※ Please note that even if the streamer refuses(or skips) a karaoke donation, only the karaoke coupon will be returned, and the cash will not be returned! (Modified on 2021.1.7)
1. Select the ‘Karaoke’ menu on the Streamer Donation Page
2. To use the karaoke donation, you need a karaoke coupon and a donation amount.
- Requirements for the donation: Enter name and the song title (Song search – magnifying glass icon), 1 karaoke coupon (bought separately), donation amount (Toonation cash), Acceptance of Terms of Service.
- Find songs by the song number, song title, or the singer
- One karaoke coupon will be used per one karaoke donation and 500 Won per song.
- Minimum cash/required cash per second plays differently by the donation amount
※ The score donation will be updated later.
3. How to buy Karaoke coupons
Karaoke coupons can be purchased through [Purchase] button below, and can also be purchased from the [Purchase Karaoke Coupon] tab while purchasing your Toonation cash.
If you have agreed to all Terms of the purchasing cash after clicking the [Purchase] button, select the [Purchase Karaoke Coupon] tab to accept the purchasing method, purchase amount and payment, then click the [Purchase] button.
Once you have completed your coupon purchase, a pop-up window will appear as shown in the image below, and to change to a donatable coupon, click the [Use] button to use the coupon.
4. Check status of unused and eligible coupons
The coupon can be found on the Donator’s Page ‘Inventory > Karaoke’ tab menu at ‘Unused / Use completed (Donatable)’.
When you click on the completion of use (Donatable) coupon, a pop-up window will display the date and expiration date upon the coupon’s activation.

- Donatable Coupons: Shows the number of ‘Donatable coupons’
- Total amount of Karaoke coupon: Displays the total number of coupons not used + coupons that can be donated
5. Check karaoke donation history and karaoke coupon purchases history
You can find ‘Karaoke Donation History and Karaoke Coupon Purchase History’ in the Donator Page at ‘My Page>Karaoke Donation’ tab menu
